Dickies continues to rework its executive ranks, with three appointments announced Thursday for its product teams.

The appointments at VF Corp.-owned Dickies include two new hires and one promotion, bringing with them industry experience from companies such as Vans, Hey Dude, and Adidas:

  • Global Vice President, Chief Product & Merchandising Officer Dabney Lee takes on a newly created role at the company, overseeing the brand’s global strategy across merchandising, product, and design. Lee joins Dickies from Vans, also owned by VF, where she spent 18 years in a number of leadership roles. She most recently served as Vans’ APAC vice president and managing director.
  • Global Vice President, Work Product Ryan Case. Case comes to Dickies from Hey Dude and has also worked at Converse, Adidas, Puma, and Crocs with experience in footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Global Vice President of Work Inspired Product Matt Ting, who was promoted to the position and credited with helping in the brand’s lifestyle evolution. Ting has also worked at Adidas and Reebok before joining Dickies.

The appointments follow the announcement earlier this month that VF has named Todd Dalhausser Dickies’ global brand president, succeeding Lance Meller. Dalhausser joined Dickies from VF’s running and hiking shoe brand Altra, where he served as brand president.
