The Buckle reports March sales results

The Buckle outlines March results, including what performed well for men's and women's.

March same store sales declined 1.8% at industry customer The Buckle.

Both men’s and women’s sales were flat.

Strong categories in men’s included denim, casual bottoms, shorts and accessories.

In women’s, strong categories included casual bottoms, knit tops, sweaters, active apparel, shirts, dresses and accessories.

For men’s and women’s combined, accessories sales increased 2% while footwear sales decreased 4%.

The Buckle operates 450 stores.
