VF Corp. announced several promotions this morning, including one for Vans President Kevin Bailey.
In addition to being responsible for Vans in Americas, Kevin will now be Coalition President of Action Sports Americas, with responsibility for Reef and Eagle Creek.
Steve Rendle, the former President of VF’s Outdoor & Action Sports Coalition and, before that, the leader of The North Face brand, has been promoted to a new role as SVP, Americas.
He will oversee a large portfolio, including VF’s Outdoor & Action Sports, Jeanswear, Imagewear, Sportswear and Contemporary Brands coalitions.
“As we continue on our path to $17 billion in revenue by 2017, Steve’s consumer-focused leadership will play a crucial role in helping to build sustainable, long-term growth for VF,” VF CEO Eric Wiseman said.
Timberland President Patrik Frisk was also promoted to Coalition President of Outdoor Americas. He will oversee the The North Face, Timberland, JanSport, lucy and SmartWool brands.
VF will name a new Timberland President in the future, the company said.
