No Limits Group recently announced a partnership with Ransom Holding Company. We caught up with Sean Miller, Business Development Manager for No Limits Group, to discuss this new chapter.

Congratulations on your partnership with Ransom.  Under the new agreement, what is the business relationship between the two companies?  Does No Limits own the brand, or part of it?

Thank you! We’re more than excited to be working with the group.

We’ve signed a fulfillment agreement with Ransom where we will be their operational partner. Ransom will focus on what they do best (design and market great product) and we’ll execute on the other parts of the business. Its a balance approached to the sale portion. No Limits will be responsible for driving the sales in Canada and then collaborate in the US market. Together, we’ll use our resources to build with partners internationally.  

What specific skills and expertise is No Limits able to provide to Ransom?

We’ll take care of the distribution in Canada and the other shared service for the US and International markets will be:

  • Customer Service and Sales Management
  • Operations and Logistics
  • E-Commerce and Digital Strategies
  • Credit Management and Finance
  • Marketing support

What functions will No Limits be performing for Ransom?

At the end of the day No Limits Group is there to free up Ransom’s time to focus on product design, development and the marketing of their brand. We’ll take care of the rest.

With 20 years of experience, we have a suite of services that compliments their brand. First, we’ll help drive their sales with a spectrum of sales support in different territories. From there we’ll help with the management of product; purchase orders, logistics to all international partners and  warehousing.

We’ll work together on the design of their e-commerce and will manage those sales including the customer service. Our finance team will be there to support the pricing and profitability plus manage the credit and credit collections.
