1. Please tell our readers what Qliktag technology can bring to their brand marketing efforts?
Today, brands have a difficult time connecting with the individual consumer. Most brands sell their products through 3rd party retailers and thus do not have a direct connection to the end consumer. Qliktag helps bridge that gap by enabling brands to have a two way conversation with individual consumers. The goal of Qliktag is not to eliminate the retailer but to enable the brand to tell their story and interact directly with the consumer. 2. What specific features was HDX looking for in its mobile marketing platform?
HDX has a great product for the action sports industry but was looking for a way to get the story out to consumers without having to rely on the retailer who is not always equipped to convey the message. What Qliktag provided was a way to give pertinent product-specific information that includes images and videos to potential consumers through their smartphones that is easily accessible and formatted specifically for a mobile device. 3. How will Qliktag work with HDX to roll out the new platform? When is that likely to happen?
The HDX solution is being rolled out as we speak. Consumers will be able to scan QR Codes on a variety of printed material including posters, handouts and product packaging to get more information and to also sign up for an opportunity to win a free a prize.Â
