The Buckle's secret to success with juniors

Many junior’s brands in the industry continue to struggle, and many retailers, both vertical and ones that carry brands, have said sales to young women are down.

Then there’s The Buckle.

Last week, Buckle executives said total women’s sales rose 17.5% in the third quarter, accounting for 63% of total sales for the unisex chain.

Sales were strong in nearly every category – denim, woven tops, sweaters, outerwear, accessories and footwear.

I decided to visit a Buckle store to try to find out their secret to success with females.
