Levi Strauss & Company announced in a filing with the SEC today that the senior executive in charge of the Americas is leaving the company.

Roy Bagattini, EVP and President of Levi Strauss Americas, will depart the company Feb. 16.

Bagattini runs the company’s largest commercial operations, spanning all brands and channels across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the balance of Latin America. He joined Levi’s in 2013.

Bagattini is leaving to assume a group chief executive officer position, Levi’s said.

Marc Rosen, Levi’s EVP and President of Direct-to-Consumer, will become the EVP and President for Levi Strauss Americas and will retain responsibility for DTC.

Levi’s described Rosen as a veteran retailer who has held roles in e-commerce and international expansion during his nearly 15-year tenure at Walmart.
