Vans and Dime Launch the Era Stub for Fall 2025

Vans and Montreal’s Dime unveil the Vans Skate Era Stub, a logical evolution of a skateboarding classic that fuses deep-rooted heritage with modern style.

First introduced in 1976 as Style 95, the original Era was the first skate shoe designed with skaters, by skaters. With its padded collar, reinforced heel, and heavyweight canvas, the Era became the blueprint for performance-driven skate footwear.

Nearly five decades later, that evolutionary spirit continues with the Skate Era Stub, a brand-new silhouette debuting for Fall 2025. Built on modern proportions, it’s equipped with Vans Skateboarding’s most advanced performance technologies:

  • SickStick™ rubber for exceptional grip and boardfeel
  • PopCush™ insoles for superior impact protection and energy return
  • Duracap™ reinforcements for long-lasting durability in high-wear areas

The launch is anchored by a new campaign featuring Conor Neeson (MC of the Dime Glory Challenge), Max Wasangu, Una Farrar, Alexis Lacroix, and Leon Chapdelaine.

Designed in close collaboration with Dime, the debut colorway reflects the brand’s signature design language across palette, branding, and materials.
