The search for Boardriders CEO Pierre Agnes continues off the coast of Southwest France Wednesday, a day after he went missing during a boating excursion.
Authorities are searching both the coast and the sea for him in a wide area, according the newspaper Sud Ouest.
However, given the weather conditions, including water temperatures of 51 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit, authorities are very concerned about his fate given that it was more than 24 hours since he disappeared, according to the newspaper.
Investigators have begun examining Pierre’s boat that washed ashore to try to determine what happened.
