Sales tips from the masters: Laurent Vrignaud

Yesterday, we wrote about Tom Holbrook's path to success inside Quiksilver. Today, we examine how Laurent Vrignaud climbed the ladder just as successfully as an outside sales rep.

Laurent owns and operates Big Dreams Inc., a sales agency with 23 employees that sells all of Burton's brands in California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii.

Laurent was an industry outsider who managed to succeed despite having no industry connections and barely speaking English.
