ASR Report: Toms shoes growth plans for spring 2010

Differentiating yourself from the competition is a key to surviving the downturn, experts say. Toms shoes has definitely succeeded on that front. The three-year-old brand is growing fast, and has big plans for Spring 2010.

Right now Toms sells to surf shops, boutiques, and better department stores like Nordstrom, which took Toms from 10 to 60 stores in less than three months. The brand is also sold at Whole Foods, making it one of the only action sports brands to sell at a supermarket.
