Active vendors get stung again in BK case

<p>I recently spoke with the attorney for the Active Wallace Group, the previous owners of Active Ride Shop, to get an update on the Active bankruptcy case.</p> <p>Garrick Hollander provided a very interesting update, including what happened to Burton’s secured claim against the retailer; how some vendors already owed hundreds and thousands and in some cases millions of dollars by the estate may get stung again for more money; and if previous owners John and Shane Wallace got any payment from the sale.</p> <p>First, let’s review.</p>
