<p>There are a few important things to know about Pete Fox, the CEO of Fox Head, Inc.</p> <p>At 6, he began working stapling catalogs for the family business started by his father. He signed his first athlete, Rick Johnson, though he couldn’t yet drive to the meeting. He was 15. That same year he flew – alone – to Finland to work with the factory that made Fox’s motorcycle pants.</p> <p>By the time he graduated high school, Pete was designing all the company’s product, advertisements and catalogs and shooting most of the photography himself.</p>
