DC Shoes European general manager leaves

DC Shoes European general manager Matthieu Bazil has left the company, according to a DC spokeswoman.

Bazil held that position for approximately 3.5 years. It is unclear exactly when he left DC, but it must of been recently because he was quoted in a DC press release on Sept. 14.

DC has experienced a lot of changes of late. Approximately 10 percent of its workforce was laid off last month.

DC has experienced a lot of changes of late. Approximately 10 percent of its workforce was laid off last month.

And in addition to Bazil, two other top DC executives have left the Quiksilver-owned shoe company in the past three months. DC Global president Nick Adcock left in June, followed by Americas General Manager Mark Miller in July.

Quiksilver named a new Americas president, Anton Nistl, Sept. 14.
