PacSun also worked with the brands to produce the PacSun Beach Ballyhoo in Santa Monica to kick off the summer.

In a filing with the SEC, PacSun said Robert’s employment with the company ended Monday. No reason for his departure was given.

Robert, who earned a $325,000 annual base salary, is entitled to severance payments, the company said.
