Billabong closes retail acquisition

GOLD COAST, 8 November 2010: Billabong International Limited announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Sydney-based Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski and Jetty Surf retail stores. The acquisition was announced on 1 October 2010.
