On Wednesday night October 13, 2010 BMX rider Ty Pinney was seriously injured in a bike accident at the home of TJ Lavin in Las Vegas. Just one day later, while riding at the Dew Tour, TJ Laving took a hard spill that left him in almost exactly the same physical condition as his close friend Ty. A short time later news broke that the two friends were both in comas, just a couple of rooms apart, at UMC in Las Vegas.
While both TJ and Ty continue to make progress on a daily basis, there is a still a long, difficult road to recovery ahead.
That’s where you come in.
On Friday night, December 3rd, at Vanity Nightclub, at the Hard Rock Hotel an Casino in Las Vegas, we’re throwing a fundraising benefit party in their honor.
100% of the admission fee to the event is going directly to the fund to help Ty and TJ get better. 100% of specific alcohol sales are going directly to the fund. Every single penny donated both before and during the event is going directly to the fund.
This is the Las Vegas and action sports community both come together to support these two amazing friends and athletes.
