Pacific Sunwear of California today filed a form 8-K with federal regulators announcing the departure of board member William Cobb.

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 26, 2011, William C. Cobb gave notice to the Board that, in connection with his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of H&R Block, Inc., he will resign as a director of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 1, 2011.
Mr. Cobb advised the Chairman of the Board of the Company that his resignation is not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
