California Dreaming: A Fashion Celebration for a Cause, took place on Thursday, October 20th at the historic Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles. This fashion event showcased the collections of 10 California-based designers and was hosted by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Taylor Armstrong and Comedian Brett Walkow.
The event also honored fashion line “Nally and Millie” with the iconic Moss Adams Fashion Innovator Award (MAFI). This event marked the return of the MAFI award which honors an up and coming California designer who have shown exemplary innovation and has significantly impacted the national marketplace in the past year through excellence in manufacturing, marketing and creativity of design. The event was hosted by non-profit Fashion Business Inc. Several celebrities attended and walked the red carpet on behalf of California Dreaming.
