December 16, 2011 (Lake Forest, CA) – etnies, a leader in action sports apparel and footwear, is proud to present the 2011 Riders Above Dirt (RAD) Award Show founded by etnies moto-x rider Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg.

 

The event at Pala Casino in Pala, Calif. can be viewed online as a live webcast this Sunday, December 18 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. PST with all donations benefitting the Chris Ackerman Foundation: https://www.facebook.com/etnies.

 

Twitch founded the 2011 RAD Awards and has designated the Chris Ackerman Foundation, an organization with the goal of bringing awareness and assistance to those affected by spinal cord injuries, as the benefitting charity.

 

The live, pay-per-view webcast can be accessed through etnies’ Facebook page athttps://www.facebook.com/etnies for only $1.99 with the option to donate more to the Chris Ackerman Foundation. Starting on Sunday night, viewers can log into the webcast to catch the following:

 

6 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Highlights from the RAD FMX Amateur Nationals contest

7 p.m. – 8 p.m.: Red carpet coverage/interviews

8 p.m. – 10 p.m.: RAD Awards Show

The 2011 RAD Awards will be hosted by Jason Ellis, an Australian pro skateboader and host of The Jason Ellis Show on Sirius XM Radio, and will feature Twitch, etnies rider Todd Potter, Dingo, Dominic Cruz and Mike Mason presenting 10 awards throughout the night.

 

Award categories include Sickest Viral Video, Behind the Scenes, Money Shot, Biggest Get Off, Fan Favorite, Big Nutz, Steppin’ Up Your Game, Big Steaze, Rookie of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award honoring Carey Hart.
