H2INDO ANNOUNCES ITS WORLD PREMIERE DURING OPENING WEEKEND OF THE NEWPORT BEACH FILM FESTIVAL’S ACTION SPORTS FILM SERIES

NEWPORT BEACH, CA (April 20, 2012) – Celebrate the World Premiere of H2indO during the opening weekend of the Newport Beach Film Festival (NBFF) with the top athletes in the Standup Paddle industry; Dave Kalama, Connor Baxter, Chuck Patterson, Slater Trout, Talia Gangini, Dave Boehne and Jamie Mitchell.
The stars of this one-of-a-kind adventure film are flying in from around the world to grace the red carpet at the Lido Theatre on Sunday, April 29. First time director Brent Deal and the film’s entire crew will also be on hand to enjoy this historic event.
H2indO is the first film of its kind to take a journey into Indonesia’s famous surf breaks with seven of the world’s top stand up paddlers. The community is invited to join the action and adventure sports industry in experiencing this compelling and candid look into the world’s fastest growing sport through the eyes of Deal.
His breathtaking cinematography has captured a unique perspective on three generations of surfers in the ultimate 14-day boat trip through the remote Mentawais Islands.
