Los Angeles, CA – June 2012 – The Agenda Trade Show is proud to announce the appointment of Cody DeBacker as Director of Sales and Partnerships. The appointment takes effect on July 1, 2012.
DeBacker will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals and marketing plan.
He will oversee partnerships with non-endemic brands and their activations in and around Agenda, as well as creating partnerships with consumer media companies. In addition, DeBacker will be responsible for expanding the contemporary and women’s categories at the show.
He will continue to maintain business relations with all current and future vendors and retail partners of the Agenda Trade Show.

DeBacker brings extensive sales and marketing experience having worked in the lifestyle, action sports, and contemporary fashion industry for more than nine years.
Specializing in brand direction and unique marketing campaigns as assistant marketing director and brand manager at 722 Figueroa, he was a cornerstone in the success and growth of Los Angeles showroom.
DeBacker’s management of the global sales and strategic grassroots marketing plans for GRN Apple Tree, a cult industry favorite, drove the collection to find success in over 1,000 retail doors around the world.
