SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., (Septmeber 20, 2012) – FILTRATE EYEWEAR is proud to announce collaboration piece with legendary San Clemente shaper Matt Biolos (a.k.a. Mayhem) in 2013.
Matt “Mayhem” Biolos, co-founder of …Lost Enterprises, clothing, surfboards, and apparel, an industry leader in surfboard design and innovation, celebrates his 25th year of influential surfboard shaping and cements his name as a master craftsman within the surfing community.
Filtrate Eyewear’s co-founder and CEO Wade Sutton says, “After the excitement around our first collab with Hollywood’s Proper Barbershop [arriving in stores November 20th], our goal is to continue to align our ‘Hand Made Classics Collection’ around master craftsmen; Matt Biolos stands alone. We are all extremely excited to see what our creative minds will come up with working together. ”
Filtrate Eyewear’s ‘Hand-Made’, acetate, collection is inspired by our everyday working class hero. Every piece in the collection is handcrafted in a time consuming process that ensures a premium finish and personalized touch.
