SANTA CRUZ, California (September 10, 2012) – SESSIONS Outerwear, one of the most internationally recognized brands in snowboard and ski apparel, announces the renewal of their License Agreement with Sportive, a leading New Zealand distributor of ski, snowboard, and eyewear products.
The License Agreement extends Sportive’s authority to use the SESSIONS trademark and intellectual property rights in connection with the design, manufacture, marketing, distribution, and sale of SESSIONS products.
SESSIONS President Cindi Busenhart is pleased about the renewal; “Our teams have worked together for years and we’re excited to get Sportive on board again. We are confident that this renewed agreement will continue to benefit both SESSIONS and Sportive, as well as our customers. We’re happy to be able to increase our presence in New Zealand and provide our customers with a more competitive price than would be otherwise available to them.”
