Jones Snowboards Selects First Official EPICenter Shops Worldwide

It’s on! Jones Snowboards, makers of high performance all mountain snowboarding equipment, is psyched to announce the selection and worldwide launch of the Jones EPICenter shop program.

Located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan, Jones EPICenters are select retailers certified to provide customers the ultimate experience when shopping for Jones hardgoods or accessories.

The Jones Snowboards EPICenter seal of approval is not something retailers can apply for. Handpicked and certified by Jones sales and marketing staff, EPICenter shops are fully committed to continually going above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to brand guidelines, environmental initiatives, and service for Jones Snowboards supporters.

“The idea of an EPICenter is a shop location where our customers can walk in the door and seamlessly get the full Jones line-up lowdown and brand experience,” says Chad Perrin, Jones Snowboards Global Brand Manager.

“An EPICenter retailer is going to offer a Jones customer the best hands-on buying perspective every time. They are leaders and educators of the freeride and backcountry snowboarding movement within their respective markets.”

Jones EPICenters are strategically located in regional hot spots or lack of a better word, “EPICenters” of snowboarding. These retailers have high traffic and visibility by nature of their locations and a rich history in the local snowboarding scene to back it up. Each dealer will be required to maintain product levels and in-store POP suitable to carry the EPICenter seal of approval.

“This winter is just the first phase for the Jones EPICenter program,” comments Perrin. “Next season the plan is to add additional brand partners, Jones ambassador riders at each shop, freestanding fixtures and window treatments, and exclusive Jones movie screening to get locals hyped for the season.”

Benefits of being an EPICenter retailer include discounts for carrying Jones volume during peak season, priority shipping of product and exclusive access to LTD Jones goods such as Carbon Craft boards.

Each retailer will also be listed on the EPICenter page featured on Jonesnowboards.com, and will receive direct marketing tie-ins with film premiers, product and event launches.
