Two top executives who work out of the Skullcandy’s San Clemente offices have opted not to move to the company’s Park City headquarters, Skullcandy reported in a filing with the SEC.

VP of International Sales Aaron Behle, who set up the company’s direct operations in Europe and some other territories, will exit on August 9.
Nate Morley, VP of Global Marketing and Creative, will also depart. His last day is Sept. 3.
New CEO Hoby Darling announced last week that the company would be closing the San Clemente office to better align product, sales and marketing teams. About 30 people in total work in the office, including many with roots in the action sports industry and with families in Southern California.
Last week, Hoby also widened the portfolio of Sam Paschel, who previously oversaw product, to a new position of Chief Commercial Officer, which added marketing to his purview.
Both Behle and Morley will receives six months of their base salary upon their departure according to terms of their employment agreements, according to company filings.
Behle who joined Skullcandy in September 2010, previously worked at Dragon, Reef, and Oakley, and is a licensed CPA.
Morley, who been with Skullcandy since 2011, previously worked at DC Shoes and Deutsch Advertising.
