The KNOWSHOW returned to the Vancouver Convention Centre this past July 30th through August 1st and once again it was a busy week for retailers and brands alike. We are proud to announce that this was KNOWSHOW’s busiest summer market yet, seeing more retailers at the show than ever before.
This season, the show’s unique retail traffic was up, with over 110 unique doors attending this year that were not present last summer. Overall, KNOWSHOW experienced a 12% increase in total retailer traffic, a number that has been rising consistently since the first show in 2006.
The show floor was packed with over 275 leading and emerging brands such as Quiksilver, Vans, Stussy, Brixton, The Hundreds, Herschel, Volcom, Element, Levis, Zanerobe, Captain Fin Co., & The Critical Slide Society. The complete brands list from the show can be downloaded at knowshow.ca/brands.
Similarly to previous seasons, KNOWSHOW was a big draw for international, national and local media with over 105 journalists, editors and bloggers in attendance covering the show including The Globe and Mail, FASHION Magazine, Hypebeast, Transworld Business, SBC Media, Shop Eat Surf, ION Magazine, Global TV News BC, Killahbeez & Kenton Magazine.
