On October 22, 2013, Paula Lentini, Senior Vice President, Retail, of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she is resigning from her position effective as of November 8, 2013.
Because her resignation is voluntary, she is not entitled to receive any severance benefits under the Company’s Executive Severance Plan.
