Zumiez held its annual 100K party in Keystone, Colorado Tuesday night where it celebrates store employees throughout the company that sold $100,000 or more of merchandise through the year.
Industry leaders and athletes also attend the event, which includes snowboarding all day Tuesday then a big party at night.
Zumiez is known for its accomplished sales force, and invests a lot to train and retain them. Zumiez also promotes internally, which helps keeps the company culture strong.
All of that energy and culture was definitely on display at the party.
