Longtime Quiksilver sales executive Dave Rosenberger has joined Lost International as EVP of Sales, Marketing and Operations for its domestic, Canadian and Central American operations.
Dave, who has deep retailer relationships, most recently held the position of VP of Sales for Quiksilver Young Men’s and Quiksilver and Roxy winter sports. Before working at Quiksilver, he owned a store and was an independent sales rep.
In a statement, Dave said: “I see Lost as probably the most authentic, complete, long standing, relevant surf brand in the current market. From the heritage, progressiveness and craftsmanship of the boards to the solid clothing collection, accessories and skateboards, Lost is what most brands wish they could be. My intention is to keep the brand moving steadily forward and to help Joel, Matt, Mike and their team to navigate and build the business on the solid base it has.”
Lost CEO Joel Cooper praised Dave’s leadership capabilities and experience, and said he is good fit with the leadership team, which includes founders Matt Biolos and Mike Reola.
“He has accomplished much in his career and has great relationships in our industry,” Joel said. “Dave, Matt, Mike, and I share the same philosophies, and with the addition of someone with Dave’s experience to our team, we feel we will be able to execute and deliver on our initiatives.”
