Zumiez announced today that President and GMM Lynn Kilbourne is departing the company in April.
Kilbourne has served as President/GMM since 2008, and prior to that, spent four years as EVP/GMM at Zumiez.
Before she joined Zumiez, Kilbourne worked as a retail consultant and served in various senior management positions at Banana Republic.
She is Ivy League educated with a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard, according to company filings with the SEC.
Zumiez said it plans to fill her responsibilities internally with a new SVP/GMM position, a new SVP/Strategy and Business Development position and other organizational changes.
