Brian Bowen, Hurley VP/GM of North America sales, has exited the company.

He worked at Hurley for a year. Prior to that, he worked for nine years at Quiksilver, including as VP/GM of Emerging Brands.

“I am super grateful to have had the chance to experience the world of Hurley/Nike for the past year,” Brian said. “Bob and the Hurley team are truly some of the most amazing people in our industry and are very committed to the core surf retailers and lifestyle. I certainly look upon the time spent there with respect and gratitude.”

“It has also been an amazing learning experience working with the leadership team from Nike who are involved in the Hurley and Nike SB business,” he said. “Their outside-the-box thinking and their attention to detail are truly inspiring.”

SES has gathered that there are not immediate plans to fill Brian’s position.

Brian said he’s not sure what is next, but added, “I am very excited to start the next chapter of my career.”
