Quiksilver confirmed that former CEO Andy Mooney was fired today in a filing with the SEC.

In the document, Quiksilver said “On March 26, 2015, the board of directors of Quiksilver, Inc. removed Andy Mooney as the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 27, 2015.

I am told the board’s vote on the matter was unanimous.

The company is still working out the financial terms surrounding his departure, and expects to have an agreement worked out with Mooney before the end of this month, according to the filing.

In other news from the filing, new CEO Pierre Agnes, who first started at Quiksilver Europe as a team manager in 1988, will now sit on the board of directors, filling the spot left vacant by Mooney.
