No matter the consumer environment, Nike always seems to deliver strong results quarter after quarter, year after year.
The company said Thursday afternoon that fiscal 2015 revenue reached $30 billion, a 14% increase in constant currency.
Sales of the Nike brand totaled $28.7 billion.
Converse had a good year as well, recording revenue of $2 billion, a 21% increase in constant currency.
2015 net income for Nike Inc. rose 22% to $3.3 billion.
Nike ended the year with $5.9 billion in cash and short-term investments.
Nike executives did not comment on Hurley’s performance during the earnings call.
Hurley’s results are now rolled into the Nike Action Sports category. Nike Action Sports (including Hurley) reported $736 million in revenue, up 4% in constant currency.
That figure reflects what Nike calls wholesale equivalent revenue – sales to external wholesale customers and internal sales from our wholesale operations to direct to consumer operations.
