Boardriders has named a new leader of the Europe region, Boardriders CEO Arne Arens told SES.
Nicolas Foulet, who is currently Chief Information Officer and formerly headed up global e-commerce for Quiksilver, is the new President of EMEA.
Longtime Quiksilver veteran Greg Healy has overseen Europe in addition to APAC since 2019. Greg added Europe to his portfolio after the departure of Thomas Chambolle, who had stepped in to lead EMEA after the sudden death of former Boardriders CEO Pierre Agnes.
Arne said Boardriders now wants to put a dedicated leader in place for the European region as well as bring back a bit of work/life balance for Greg. Greg will continue to lead the APAC region.
In other Boardriders news, Garry Wall, the Global GM of the Quiksilver brand who is based in France, is transitioning out of that position and leaving the company to return to Australia. Read our previous interview with Garry about his tenure at Quiksilver here.
