Former Active Ride Shop President Rick Mina left Active to take a new job as President of WSS, a footwear retailer that targets the urban and Latino markets.
Mina, an investor in Active, served as President for about a year. He remains on the board of directors.
WSS is expanding from its Southern California base into Northern California, Nevada and Arizona.
Active announced last week that longtime employee Jenner Heller will step into the President’s role.
