NIXON EVP, MIKE HOEFER TO DEPART BRAND
Encinitas, CA – Nixon announced today longtime Nixon leader and current EVP of Business Development, Mike Hoefer will be leaving the company after 16 years to focus on new opportunities.
“I’m excited to have reached this milestone at Nixon. I’ve spent a lot of time planning, building and evolving the sales, organization and leadership of Nixon with the goal of this Nixon being around long after us. At this stage, I’m looking forward to contributing to the long term success of Nixon in an advisory role while focusing my efforts on other interests and opportunities.” stated Mike Hoefer.
Nixon Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Andy Laats commented, “Mike has been a trusted right hand to Chad and I. He’s seen it all. He has not only embodied the values and principles that guide our brand, but he played a central role in establishing those values through his integrity, hard work, collaboration, ambition, and long term thinking. I’m sad to see him go, but excited to see what he gets into next.”

Mike has put in place a strong regional sales structure and great teams that will take the brand to the next level as we expand our reach and work with new channels and retail partners. We’ll miss him, but we’re excited to have him continue to be involved with Nixon as an advisor to the board.”
Mike’s last day at Nixon will be August 31st.
