Important Canadian industry account SportChek reported strong results for the fourth quarter and full year this morning.
SportChek’s same-store sales rose 4.8% in Q4. For 2016, same-store sales rose 7.6%.
Parent company Canadian Tire is expanding SportChek’s retail network, with a focus on opening banner locations.
In 2016, SportChek added six new stores, bringing its total to 196.
