Zumiez same-store sales stayed positive in December after a strong November.
Same-store sales increased 3.4% in December, compared to an 8.9% decline in the same month last year.
November 2016 same-store sales increased 5.7%.
In December 2016, men’s and junior’s posted positive results while hardgoods, footwear and accessories declined.
Quarter to date, same-store sales are up 4.1%.
Year to date, same-store sales are down 0.7%. Zumiez’s fiscal year ends at the end of January.
Zumiez operates a total of 690 stores globally.
