Surf and outdoor lifestyle brand Jetty has hired industry veteran Paul Harvey as its new senior director of wholesale sales.
Harvey brings over two decades of experience to the role, having previously served as vice president of sales at both O’Neill Clothing and Rip Curl. An East Coast native who has spent 30 years in Southern California’s surf scene, Harvey is a well-known sales leader within the industry.
“I’m thrilled to join a brand that embodies authenticity, creativity, and a genuine connection to coastal life,” Harvey said in a statement. “Jetty’s approach to sustainability, craftsmanship, and mindful distribution aligns with my values, and I’m excited to help grow brand share while staying true to our roots.”
With Harvey’s appointment, Jetty’s Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder Cory Higgins will shift his focus to wholesale strategy, marketing, and commercial operations.
In his new role, Harvey will work with Jetty’s North American representative network to manage regional strategies, build retailer relationships, and oversee distribution. Jetty is based in Manahawkin, New Jersey.
“The timing is right. This industry is in flux, and Jetty is uniquely positioned to level up,” Harvey stated. “Product is everything — and Jetty has been building the right product for years. If you look at performance among major East Coast retailers, Jetty has been in the top three for multiple seasons.”
The appointment follows an active year for the brand and its non-profit arm, the Jetty Rock Foundation, which focuses on community and clean water initiatives.
The Jetty team, along with Harvey, will be attending Surf Expo in January 2026.
