O5 Group, which currently has the license for Quiksilver and Billabong men’s and women’s in addition to other brands, is adding to its licensed brands portfolio.
The company is the new licensee for Dickies men’s in North America and Eddie Bauer men’s and women’s North America wholesale and ecommerce, according to a post by O5 CFO Eric Spiel on LinkedIn.
Dickies is now owned by Bluestar Alliance, which acquired the brand from VF Corp. in 2025 for $600 million and moved Dickies to a licensing model.
Eddie Bauer is owned by Authentic Brands Group, which also owns Billabong, Quiksilver, Roxy, Volcom and myriad other brands.
