Rip Curl Names Kiki Prince North America GM

The well-regarded industry executive and Roxy veteran joins Rip Curl, which has been without a North American leader since former regional President Dylan Slater left.

Editor’s note: Kiki Prince is a well-known industry sales executive who worked at Roxy and Quiksilver for more than 17 years. She is close to a wide range of industry customers, ranging from core surf accounts to large department store chains. People who have worked with Prince over the years both internally and externally speak very highly of her.

San Clemente, 9 January 2024 – Rip Curl, the ultimate surf company and certified B Corporation, is stoked to announce the appointment of Kiki Prince as the new General Manager for the North America region. With a decorated career in the surf industry, Kiki brings a deep understanding of the sport and a passion for its growth.

Kiki Prince is a well-known surf industry specialist with an impressive career spent largely at Boardriders. She joins Rip Curl from her most recent role as SVP Sales, Apparel and Footwear for ROXY, where she developed strategic plans to deliver profitable sales growth while leading her team through significant changes.

Kiki will start on 12 February 2024 and spend her first month in immersive collaboration with Brooke and the North American leadership team – Diem Culley (GM – Retail), PJ Connell (VP – Marketing & E-Commerce), Shawn Peterson (VP – Product), Nick Russell (VP – Sales & Marketing, Canada), Chrissy Decker (Senior Director Merchandise Operations), Krissie Singline (Senior Director of Commercial), Brian Bustillos (Head of People) and newly appointed VP – Sales, Somer Harris.
