VF Corp. released a report Monday about how the company is tracking on its diversity and inclusion goals.

Previously, VF had said by 2030 it plans to achieve gender parity at the director level and above globally. It also is striving for 25% BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) representation in the U.S. at the director level and above.

During Fiscal 2021 the company reported growth in both categories. Globally, 41% of employees at the director and above level are women.

And in the U.S., 16% of employees at the director level and above are BIPOC.

Worldwide, 55% of employees at all levels are women, VF said. And 55% of all employees in the U.S. are BIPOC.

VF has also worked to diversify its board of directors. Currently one-third of board members are women and 17% are BIPOC.

To support its efforts, the company has created tools such as an inclusive hiring guidebook to minimize the impact of bias in the company’s recruiting processes.

“As we embrace our corporate responsibility to actively promote the betterment of people and planet, VF is committed to addressing the many ways inequities affect all of us,” Lauren Guthrie, VF’s Vice President of Global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action said in a statement.
