Shop Eat Surf Outdoor is writing a story about dynamic young leaders to watch in the surf, outdoor, and active lifestyle industries.
We are looking for team members who are 40 years old or younger and are making a positive business impact on their companies through strong leadership, whether that means bringing fresh ideas to the table, spearheading the execution of new initiatives, or managing tough challenges.
To nominate your picks, we’re looking for two concrete examples of projects and or initiatives that this young leader has launched and/or managed, and what impact they’ve had on your company or store.
What to include in your submission:
- Name of nominee, age
- Title, company name
- Examples of their positive business impact
- Photo
Deadline: Submissions must be received by midnight PST on May 23. SESO editors will decide who makes the final list.
