Tactics is pleased to announce that Adam Gerken has assumed the additional role of Snow Department General Manager, alongside his current position as Retail Director, effective January 1, 2026.
In this expanded leadership capacity, Gerken will oversee new business development, marketing partnerships, and overall segment oversight for the Snow Department, while continuing to lead Tactics’ retail operations.
Adam has been in the snowboard industry since 1990 and with Tactics since 2016, bringing a strong track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence. As Retail Director, he has played a key role in retail growth, store performance, and team development, helping strengthen Tactics’ overall business performance.
In his dual role, Gerken will focus on expanding opportunities within the snow category, strengthening strategic marketing partnerships, and ensuring responsible financial management in support of Tactics’ long-term growth objectives.
