ALOHA Collection Launches First Global Ambassador Initiative

The original in SPLASH-PROOF® travel bags, ALOHA Collection introduces its first global ambassador initiative, House of ALOHA, including content creators and ambassadors from around the globe. The House of ALOHA program will encompass a new full 360 marketing strategy including marquee brand events, product collaborations, and authentic storytelling to bring the ALOHA brand to life and foster an international community.

For the inaugural House of ALOHA launch, the accessories brand is partnering with a class of 15 lifestyle ambassadors and creators including professional surfer and style icon, Coco Ho, environmental advocate and cultural ambassador, Hinatea Boosie, Hawaiʻi-born creative, free diver and acro yoga teacher, Chelsea Yamase, Professional Volleyball Player, Tri Bourne, Australian photographer Ming Nomchong, Hawaiʻi-based photographer and creative Tara Rock and Hawaiʻi-based cinematographer Roxy Facer. As global citizens who embody the ALOHA values in their everyday lives and inspire those around them, these inspiring leaders were selected to help share the values of ALOHA through their unique backgrounds and daily lives.

Initiated by ALOHA Collection’s unique touchpoint with consumers, the House of ALOHA initiative took shape based on a desire to provide more tangible use cases for the products by placing it into the hands of individuals who incorporate it into their daily lives – whether in their workout routines, parenting hacks or world travels – to produce authentic, relatable content of ALOHA. Through the creation of engaging imagery, videos, human stories, events, and authentic connection, the House of ALOHA program aims to encourage travel, adventure, healthy and active lifestyles and champion their celebrated brand mission of building an international ʻOhana – one bag at a time.

Founded in 2014 with a single bag – a SPLASH-PROOF® pouch – ALOHA Collection has continued to evolve to offer modern, functional products to meet the modern-day consumer in various contexts from the beach to the gym to the sky. In addition to generating content on a regular basis for the brand, House of ALOHA is designed to reach and test new markets, tapping into the networks of the enlisted creators while simultaneously building further brand credibility, awareness and affinity on a global scale. The brand introduced their third US brick & mortar footprint in Newport Beach, CA last November and looks to House of ALOHA’s global reach in strategically fueling their continued retail expansion moving forward.

About ALOHA Collection

ALOHA Collection was born out of a love for travel, adventure, and the ocean. Founded by surfer/flight attendant Rachael Leinaʻala, and Kauaʻi native Heather Aiu, in the summer of 2014 with a single bag, a shared dream, and a Kickstarter campaign. Their initial launch was a success and soon after the brand took off. Retailers in Hawaiʻi were quick to embrace the line as these bags were unlike anything else on the market.
