Alpha Industries Appoints Matthew Pantoja as Chief Brand Officer

Pantoja will continue to report to Michael Cirker, Chief Executive Officer.

Alpha Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Pantoja as Chief Brand Officer effective immediately Jan. 24, 2022. In the newly established role, Pantoja has global responsibility for the brand’s product, marketing and experiences across all categories, regions and channels. Pantoja will continue to report to Michael Cirker, Chief Executive Officer, and oversee the company’s global brand building, working closely with the Creative, Product and Merchandising departments, as well as its international partners.

Since joining Alpha Industries in 2016, Pantoja has held multiple roles and responsibilities including VP of Marketing & E-Commerce, Sales, Brand & Business Development. During his time at the brand, he has been instrumental in evolving Alpha Industries from its roots as a military contractor to a lifestyle brand.

Pantoja has a track record of building and developing global brands, delivering engaging content, product and experiences. He began his career at streetwear brand Triple 5 Soul leading their marketing efforts and went on to work for iconic brands such as New Era Cap Company and Reebok. At New Era, Pantoja led their Urban Business Unit, which became the largest for the brand through his leading of product, marketing and collaborations. As Head of Entertainment & Influencer Marketing at Reebok, he was responsible for generating energy for the brand with strategies and activations for their initiatives such as CrossFit and working with Creative Director Swizz Beatz for Reebok Classics.
