Award-winning men’s next-to-skin underwear and base-layer brand BN3TH (pronounced “beneath”) is thrilled to announce a collaboration with the Brooklyn-based artist Mark Paul Deren, more prominently known as Madsteez.
Over the past year, Madsteez worked closely with the BN3TH Product Team to develop two exclusive colorways, with one available in both a boxer brief and a traditional brief. They all feature Madsteez’s iconic color palate, BN3TH’s patented MyPakage Pouch Technology™ and sustainable TENCEL™ Modal fibers.
“The design I did with BN3TH has my classic colorway with my signature hand style, which I thought would be the perfect print to start in the morning as your base layer — it’s fun and it has bright colors,” Madsteez said. “I like BN3TH as a brand because they represent comfort, quality, people of active lifestyles and the need to support. For me, when I’m wearing them, I don’t even know I have them on and that’s just awesome.”
Known for large-scale murals of countless notable luminaries and eye-popping oil on canvas work, Madsteez had to adopt his colorful approach to an even smaller canvas – underwear.
“Madsteez was the perfect collaborator, not only because his work is a freewheeling and creative force, but because he lives and breathes the lifestyle and values that we embody at BN3TH,” said Drew William, BN3TH’s Sr. Director of Design. “In addition to a Boxer Brief, we set out to also do a Brief cut because it’s one of the new and exciting silhouettes. Commonly, Briefs get dismissed only for older guys, but a whole new generation are getting into Briefs and we wanted to cater to them…especially since our Brief is unsurpassed, with our pouch technology, ergonomic cut and no riding up or binding.”
This special, limited-edition collection is available at participating retailers and online at www.bn3th.com while supplies last.
BN3TH is dedicated to furthering innovation in both men’s next-to-skin apparel and through responsible processes that reduce harm to our planet. From carbon-neutral projects to turning recycled consumer plastic into super-soft, sustainable underwear, BN3TH’s growth and innovation continues to elevate the brand in the men’s underwear category. ABOUT BN3TH
BN3TH was started in Vancouver, British Columbia, to radically change how men think about underwear. No one performs at their best when they’re adjusting. Or shifting. Or sweaty. BN3TH was the first to create underwear with a three-dimensional pouch, and the patented MyPakage Pouch Technology™ remains the key to our uniquely supportive fit. BN3TH engineers underwear and base layers that keep you comfortable for full days on the mountain, on the water, in the gym or in the office. Over time, BN3TH evolved as a company to begin championing a full range of apparel for any and every consumer, endeavor, occasion, climate and style, while working hard to minimize the environmental impact of the business and contribute to causes that help preserve our planet. BN3TH was formerly known as MyPakage. For more information visit www.bn3th.com.
