August 6th Skate-Bike-Roll
The 28-mile skate event starts with skaters meeting at 7:30 a.m. at 64 Acres for check-in and shuttles (next to the Tahoe City Transit Center). The shuttles will load sharply at 8:00 a.m. and head to Sugar Pine Point. At 9:00 a.m., it’ll be time to skate-bike-roll, ending at 1:30 p.m. at Commons Beach Tahoe City, CA. Participants can also join at the 8-mile drop-in point by meeting at noon in front of 22 Bistro at The Village at Palisades Tahoe. Following the event there will be an award ceremony and celebration at 2:00 p.m.
The two-day event will support B4BC’s mission of staying healthy and active to help prevent breast cancer and benefit the nonprofit’s education, prevention and survivorship programs.
