Orange County, Calif. – September 21, 2015 – Group Y, launch of their new event series, SESSIONS, an intimate one-on-one exclusive a platform for networking & education and connecting industries together, announced the networking event that brings founders and creators from today’s culture shifting brands to discuss their experiences, challenges and insights to accelerating business growth.

The SESSIONS inaugural event welcomed Bob Hurley, founder of Hurley, to kick-off the series. Lineup of hosts in October include founders of OC based apparel brands, Ryan Hitzel of Roark Revival and Mandy Fry of Amuse Society. Scheduled events that are set to take place include Orange County, Los Angeles, New York and Portland.
The 101 Series, a collaborative event for youth culture, marketing executives and influencers to gather and share their experiences, interact and educate, continues with its second phase of events and workshops. Past speakers include social media & digital executives of Stance, Oakley and Vans Warped Tour. The upcoming 101: Branding event on September 24th will feature presentations from top marketing leaders of Hot Wheels / Mattel, Kawasaki, SPY Optic and Creative Disruption. Attendees will participate in “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” interactive group discussions with the speakers, providing an engaging experience to work together, discuss challenges and find solutions.
Now in its 9th year, Group Y plays host to creating and producing experiential learning events in marketing, media, music and culture across every major industry category.
